PBP: Bill Alcorn’s story

Bill Alcorn was chief wrangler for the State College, Pa./Mt. Nittany Wheelworks riders at the DC Randonneurs brevets this year, and he qualified with us for PBP ’99. I spent nearly a full day with him that year, scampering from Tinteniac to Nogent le Roi in a failed effort to break 70 hours.
