Again we’ve celebrated all the fun cycling toys and clothes that make excellent gifts. Much more important, I hope we all agree, is the time we get to spend with our friends and loved ones.
2010 has been a wonderful year, with terrific rides and lots of laughs. We have a lot to be proud of, with all the many events successfully staged by the D.C. Randonneurs and the randonneuring accomplishments earned by one and all.
But it was also a year in which we lost our friend Stan Miller. His good cheer and friendliness are enduring gifts that we should pass on.
So as the 12 Days of Randonneurmas comes to a close, let’s do our best to appreciate the fellowship of our rando buddies and the love our families and friends bestow on us through their support of our crazy pursuits.
We wish you and yours peaceful holidays and stockings filled with goodies.
